We always enter a brand partnership with a brand identity workshop. The purpose of this workshop is to explore and understand the brand to ensure that all our recommendations and activities are truly aligned with the core of the brand. 

Brands aren’t static elements, they are living organisms. They constantly evolve in correspondence with changes in customer behaviour, employees believe and world transformations. A brand therefore needs the right conditions to grow and expand in order to adapt to the changes around it.

A clearly defined brand core is the essence for a brand’s survival and development in these ever-changing surroundings. The brand core – the overall purpose, promise and why – acts as the lighthouse and the guiding star for the people living the brand.
